How long does a Zoho One implementation take?
It depends on how many apps and processes are involved. A focused setup can take a few weeks, while a full, multi-department rollout takes longer. We give you a detailed timeline after the Discovery phase, sized to your project β and we plan around real feedback and approvals, not ideal conditions, so the dates actually hold.
How much does it cost?
There are two parts: the Zoho One licence (paid to Zoho, priced per user) and our one-time implementation fee (based on the scope of work). After a quick call to understand your needs, we share a clear, itemised quote upfront β no surprises later.
Is our existing data safe during migration?
Yes. We move your data carefully β cleaning and checking it as we go β and we never remove anything from your old systems until you've confirmed everything looks right in Zoho One. You stay in control the whole way.
We already use some tools β do we have to replace everything?
Not at all. We work with what you have. Where Zoho One can replace a tool, we move you across smoothly; where you want to keep something, we connect it instead. And if you already use a few Zoho apps, we simply build on top of them.
Do we need all 50+ apps?
No. One subscription gives you access to all of them, but you only need to start with the apps that matter to you β usually a core few like CRM, Books and Mail. You can switch on more whenever you're ready, at no extra licence cost.
