Which data sources can it connect to?

Your full Zoho stack — CRM, Books, People, Inventory, Desk, Campaigns and more — plus external sources like Excel and CSV files, Google Analytics, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and SQL or cloud databases. In all, Zoho Analytics connects to 500+ data sources, so almost anything your business already uses can feed into one place.

Do we need technical staff to use it?

No. Once we've built and handed over your dashboards, your team simply views and filters them — no technical skill needed. For everyday questions, Ask Zia lets anyone type a question in plain language and get a chart back. We also train your people to build and edit their own reports, so you're never dependent on us or on IT for every small change.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how many sources and dashboards are involved, but a focused first rollout usually goes live within a few weeks. The timeline also depends on how quickly data access and feedback come from your side, so we set realistic milestones together at the start rather than promising a fixed date upfront.

Does it work alongside our existing Zoho apps?

Is our data secure?

Can dashboards be embedded in our own portal?

Yes. Dashboards and reports can be embedded into your website, customer portal or internal app, so clients or teams see live data without logging into Zoho Analytics directly. We handle the embedding and the access setup during the build.
