Which Zoho applications make up a finance implementation?

The Zoho Finance Plus suite — Books for accounting, Invoice for billing, Billing for subscriptions, Inventory for stock, and Expense for spend — with Zoho Analytics for reporting. We recommend the right mix based on how your business actually operates, so you only implement what you need.

Can you migrate our data from Tally or spreadsheets?

Yes. We migrate your masters — customers, vendors, items, and chart of accounts — along with opening balances and the historical transactions you need. Migrated data is reconciled against your existing books so your numbers tie out before go-live.

Is the configuration GST-compliant?

Yes. We set up GST tax rates, HSN and SAC codes, and place-of-supply rules, and configure e-invoicing and e-way bills where they apply to your business. Your setup is prepared so GST returns can be filed accurately from day one.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on scope. A focused Books and Invoice rollout goes live faster than a full multi-module suite with integrations and data migration. After a scoping call we share a phased plan with realistic timelines — built around real-world constraints like feedback cycles and approvals, not ideal conditions.

Can you integrate finance with our other systems?
